Small warm storm

A small and warm storm (warm for December) is expected to bring scattered light valley rain showers and mountain snow showers to the entire state at times Tuesday night through the day on Thursday, most hours dry in the valleys. Plan on a general 1-5" of snow for most Utah mountain areas above 8,000 ft. See the below WRF model forecasted snow through 5am on Friday.
