Valley rain and mountain snow will move into southwestern Utah on Friday afternoon then through the entire state on Friday night, a few lingering snow showers on Saturday mainly over and near the mountains. Plan on a general 3-9" of snow for most Utah mountains above 8,000 ft. Below is the National Weather Service Salt Lake office forecasted snow amounts through 5pm Saturday.
