A weak storm is expected to move into Utah this afternoon and mostly be over by mid evening. Plan on rain changing to snow in the valleys with 0-trace snow, trace-1/2" benches, 1/2-1" snow for the mountain valleys, and 1-3" for the Wasatch mountains above 7,500 ft.
