New Focus

I still love to watch and forecast Utah weather and will continue to update the Utah Weather Cams, Utah Weather Links, and Climate Change pages but will no longer post on a regular basis. I'm spending more time enjoying Utah snow skiing, cycling, hiking, and water skiing.

Thanks for visiting!

Active pattern returns (26)

The active pattern is back with the first in a series of storms moving into Utah early on Thursday, mostly ending by sunrise on Friday. Plan on a general trace-3" along the Wasatch front valleys, mountain valleys, northern mountains, and southern mountains. Look for 4-8" snow for the southern Wasatch front mountains, central mountains, and central west desert valleys. Click on the below map for the WRF model forecasted snow between 5pm Wednesday and 5pm Friday.
